Raw Banana & Cashew Breakfast




Ready for easy to make deliciousness?

If you follow me, it won't be long before you know that I am about simplicity and time-saving methods in all things...and that of course includes food prep.


Therefore, I like on-the-go meals all of the time. Maybe its from growing up in the era when fast food became so readily available and cheap. Regardless, I like that motto and saving the more complicated meal prep to well-deserved dinners such as gourmet raw vegan recipes (I hope to start including some soon!).


Therefore, my friends, here is a simple breakie that is so delish!


All I add is bananas, cashews (or any nuts you love), and cacao nibs. Yup! That's it! I promise...


In a nutshell, this is what I used for my breakfast this morning:


3 medium sized bananas (chopped to fit on my spoon)

1/4 cup of cashews

1 Tbs of cacao nibs
